Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Recital Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, music conservatory, academy, or educational institution, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Recital Flow provides concert orchestration software natively integrated with the Google Workspace™ platform. Features include automated Google Forms™ registration forms, multi-piece performance management, automatic timeline calculation, Google Slides™ presentation exports, audio track packaging, PDF program booklets, and live public schedule broadcasting.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Rights

  • Content Ownership: You and your institution retain all rights, title, and ownership to all student information, audio files, sheet music PDFs, logos, and presentation decks processed through the Service.
  • Copyright Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that any musical compositions, backing tracks, sheet music scores, and audition video links uploaded or linked by your performers comply with relevant copyright and performance licensing regulations.
  • Parental Consent: Educational institutions are responsible for obtaining necessary parental or guardian consents for student participation and public schedule displays in accordance with applicable education privacy laws (e.g. FERPA, COPPA, GDPR).

4. Free & PRO Memberships

The Service is offered under Free and PRO tiers:

Free Tier
Includes core recital creation, Google Forms™ registration generation, drag-and-drop timeline management, and public schedule view.
PRO Membership ($49/year)
Unlocks Google Slides™ presentation export, 1-click audio track packaging, printable PDF booklets, custom branding, and automated form scheduling.

Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property & Demo Assets

Recital Flow and its underlying scripts, designs, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of the service providers.

Demo musical assets included within the application for testing (e.g. the musical composition "Isolation" © P. Cain) are used under express license and permission from the copyright holder and remain the property of their respective creators.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS SUCH AS GOOGLE WORKSPACE, GOOGLE DRIVE, OR STRIPE. IN NO EVENT SHALL RECITAL FLOW BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or update application features to enhance functionality or ensure ongoing compliance with Google Workspace™ policies. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
