Does our school IT department need to install software?
No installation is required. Recital Flow runs entirely within Google Workspace in your browser and works seamlessly across macOS, Windows, Chromebooks, iPads, and Android tablets.
How does parent name privacy work?
You can enforce recital-wide privacy formats (e.g. First Name + Surname Initial like "Julian T.") so that public schedule links protect student identities. Individual student overrides are also supported for specific parent opt-outs.
How do custom Google Slides™ templates work and what tags can I use?
PRO members can select any existing Google Slides™ presentation from their Google Drive™. Your presentation only needs 2 slides:
Slide 1 (Cover): Uses <<Recital Name>> and <<Date>>.
Slide 2 (Performer Template): Duplicated automatically for every student and piece with tags like <<Given Name>>, <<Surname>>, <<Instrument>>, <<Piece>>, <<Teacher>>, <<Tutor Group / Year Level>>, and <<Accompaniment Needs>>.
